What forms of payments do you accept?

We accepts all major credit cards (including American Express), debit cards, checks and cash.  Also PayPal for online purchases. 

If we receive an NSF check ("bounced check") - it will cost you.  You will be charged a returned check fee for $25.  You must come in the store to pay the amount of the original transaction, plus the $25 returned check fee with cash, cashiers check, or money order only. 


What is your return / exchange policy?

All sales are final unless a refund or exchange is approved by the individual vendor that the item was purchased from.

If your purchase is a new item from a vendor that honors returns and/or exchanges and with your receipt, we will provide you a full refund (less shipping) within ten (10) days, otherwise you will receive a store credit. 

We apologize, but we cannot provide a refund or exchange for any monogrammed, personalized or special order items. 


All sales are final on seasonal and sale items and cannot be returned or refunded.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear are also not returnable, unfortunately we cannot resell them. 

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify Hart & Cole within twenty-four (24) hours so that we may make arrangements to rectify the issue.

 If you have a question about an item you purchased, you may email us (info@hart-cole.com) letting us know your concerns and we will contact the vendor for you. This does not apply to sale items.   All sale items are a final purchase.
