Returns

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 
• Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. 
• To start a return, please contact us at info@hart-cole.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. 
• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. 
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Exchanges 

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please indicate this in your return request.
• We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Exemptions 

• Some items that may not be returned are: digital downloads, gift cards, or personal care items.
